You’ll work directly with the Managing Director, influencing key decisions and driving operational excellence across the business. Imagine leading a skilled finance team, guiding financial strategy, and partnering with senior leaders to unlock growth. You’ll oversee everything from budgeting and forecasting to stock costing and payroll — all while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working and a modern, newly built workspace.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Strategic financial leadership alongside the MD Budgeting, forecasting, and insightful reporting Operational finance: cashflow, VAT, payroll, reconciliations Commercial partnering to drive profitability Leading and developing a high-performing finance team

What You’ll Bring : ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification Proven experience in manufacturing (stock costing essential) Strong analytical and commercial acumen Advanced Excel and systems knowledge Detail-driven, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset Why You’ll Love It:
