Overview
Group Financial Controller / Finance Director
Salary to £90k + car allowance
Based Bristol
Responsibilities- Ensure the company meets financial and legal obligations
- Create and maintain best practice reporting, procedures, and policies
- Support the business with risk and compliance
- Act as the connection between the finance team, senior management team and the CEO
- Help drive strategy and hit targets using financial insight
- Oversee the financial team (4 people) as a whole
- Travel to other sites as required (3 companies within the group)
- Fully Qualified (CIMA / ACCA / AAT)
- Experience in engineering / manufacturing environment, ideally heavy engineering
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills with customer management experience
- Experience in change management
- Experience in implementation of ERP / MRP systems would be beneficial
