An established and growing independent financial advisory firm is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded business supporting a team of advisers, with flexibility on hours and long-term development opportunities.

You will play a key role in supporting advisers to deliver high-quality, compliant financial advice. Responsibilities will include:

• Preparing suitability reports and client documentation
• Conducting research to support financial recommendations
• Collaborating closely with advisers to ensure positive client outcomes
• Assisting with the development and improvement of internal processes
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practice

• Previous experience in a paraplanning or technical financial services role
• Minimum Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards)
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Proactive and solutions-focused mindset

Candidates with a desire to broaden their experience into areas such as compliance will also be of interest.

• Flexible working hours (minimum 20 hours per week, with scope for school hours)
• Hybrid working available (typically one day from home following probation)
