Junior Investment Administrator

Bristol £24,500 bonus excellent benefits

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

The role

You'll be part of a wider team, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It's a varied role where you'll pick up valuable skills quickly.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing trades and financial transactions
  • Setting up and updating client accounts
  • Supporting investment activity (switches, rebalances, etc.)
  • Handling dividends and payments
  • Checking data and resolving any issues
  • Supporting general admin linked to investments
  • Working to daily deadlines as part of a team
What we're looking for

You don't need finance experience, the right attitude matters more.

  • Has great attention to detail
  • Is organised and reliable
  • Is comfortable using Excel and working with data
  • Enjoys a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Communicates well and works well in a team
  • Is keen to learn and build a career
