The RoleAs an IFA Administrator, you'll provide essential support to advisers while ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient experience throughout their financial planning journey.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing documentation and packs for client meetings
- Managing follow-up actions and client communications
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and providers
- Processing new business applications and illustrations
- Liaising with providers and investment platforms
- Managing fund switches and portfolio rebalances
- Coordinating ongoing review processes
- Maintaining accurate client records and internal systems
- Supporting wider operational and administrative workflows
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience within IFA, financial planning, or wealth management administration
- Strong understanding of financial products, platforms, and industry processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A proactive and professional approach
