We are working with a leading Aerospace organisation in the Gloucester area, and they are looking for a Management Accountant to join the team at an exciting time of transformation and change.

• Conduct sales and margin variance analysis at the project level
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Act as a business partner across departments
• Support internal and external audits
• Manage Innovate UK claims
• Prepare journal entries for contracts
• Maintain the fixed asset register
• Monitor capital expenditures

• Update and enhance forecasting models
• Compute product costs and establish department rates
• Provide support to internal stakeholders
• Contribute to transformational initiatives

• Provide coverage for team members during absence
• Engage with leadership teams on finance-related matters
• Drive continuous process improvements
• Offer support to the wider finance team

• Proven experience in accounting/finance
• Understanding of audit and compliance processes
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
