70,000 - 75,000 + BenefitsA successful and growing business is seeking a Financial Controller to lead its finance function and support senior leadership with high-quality financial reporting, forecasting and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities Lead monthly management accounts, reporting and KPI analysis
Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning
Oversee audit, statutory compliance and financial controls
Develop and lead a finance team Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to support decision-making
Drive process improvement and reporting enhancements
About YouACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial control
Confident leading and developing finance teams
Commercially minded with a proactive, hands-on approach
Suitable for an experienced Financial Controller or a strong practice-trained accountant seeking their first move into industryPackage
