Finance Systems Accountant

Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Systems Accountant on a permanent basis with a business based in Cheltenham. This role would suit an analytically minded Accountant seeking a value add role balancing accounting, analysis and systems improvement.

The role

The Finance Systems Accountant will be pivotal in improving systems for financial reporting and month end purposes, and supporting wider finance team members with developing their reporting and excel skills. Advanced excel skills and financial modelling skills are essential. The role will be responsible for the following:

Utilising power BI and SQL.Process improvement and streamlining on excel.

Financial analysis.

Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders where appropriate.

Month end reporting and analysis.

Profile This role would suit someone with the following skills/attributes:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA newly qualified+ preferred, QBE still considered.

Working knowledge of power BI.Advanced excel skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Package: 55,000 - 65,000.Enhanced annual leave.

Hybrid working (2 days onsite).Flexible working.
