An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Broker / Mortgage Advisor to join a mortgage brokerage supporting home buyers, landlords and property investors with tailored mortgage solutions.
As a Financial Broker / Mortgage Advisor
, you will advise property investors, structure specialist finance deals and secure suitable funding across bridging, development and related mortgage products.
This is preferably an office-based role but hybrid options are also available offering a basic salary of £35,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits.
You will be responsible for:- Advising property investors on bridging finance, development loans and suitable funding options, assessing requirements and structuring appropriate solutions.
- Managing complex cases involving property purchases, refurbishments, portfolio refinancing and development projects.
- Identifying suitable lenders and submitting applications in line with their criteria.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and lenders, including supporting deal structuring and exit strategy planning.
- Managing time-sensitive enquiries and progressing funding cases through to completion.
- Approx 2 years' experience in bridging and/or development finance, with strong bridging finance experience.
- Experience sourcing standard buy-to-let (BTL) and HMO mortgages, alongside specialist property finance.
- Background in handling property investor cases, including arranging exit finance.
- Confidence managing complex, time-sensitive funding cases.
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
- Experience with commercial mortgages.
- Finance Broker, Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Advisor, Bridging Finance Broker, Financial Broker, Bridging Loan Broker or in a similar role.
