Planning Enforcement Officer - Enforcement

The council is looking for an experienced Planning Enforcement Officer to manage a caseload of planning enforcement investigations, prepare expediency reports, and draft enforcement notices where appropriate.
Role Specific
· 1 day per week in the office
· 37 hours per week
· Hourly rate - approx. £35-40per hour
· Local Authority experience.
· Experience in dealing planning investigations.
Carrington West Pay Rate - up to £40ph
