Pay: £29,880.00-£30,880.00 per year

Due to new homes opening – our client is looking for dedicated Support Workers for a wonderful four‑bed EBD home in Gloucester for young people aged 8‑17 years.

• Be part of a strong team to provide a stable and enriching home for children
• Empower young lives: support children through their challenges with empathy, patience and resilience

• Hands‑on support: manage casework, behaviour strategies and team training

• Ideally Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – will consider skilled support workers wanting to transition to supporting young people.
• Ideally experience working with children with learning disabilities, autism and complex behaviours
• Strong leadership & team skills – ready to inspire and support your colleagues
• Flexibility – able to work weekends, evenings & sleep‑ins (extra pay for sleep‑ins)
