Developing care provider are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager for their service in the Gloucester area. Dementia, general elderly care
Responsibilities- Overall responsibility of the home
- Staff management/ appraisals/ training
- Care plans/ reviews/ meetings
- Budgets/ business development / marketing
- Proven track record of successful home
- Experience with challenging behaviour and dementia
- IT literate, competent and accurate
- Hands on practical approach, Dynamic & Enthusiastic
- Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
