Programme Implementation Lead – Community Mental Health

Responsibilities

• This role will be responsible for the implementation of programmes, projects, service developments, reviews or any other relating elements of change agreed by the Service Director.
• Design and facilitate engagement workshops and engagement events for stakeholders involved in the change.
• Identify and scope areas for change, support teams, recommend options and facilitate solutions.
• Support and encourage teams to work collaboratively using best practice approaches and improvement tools, using supportive challenge and ensuring services are fit for the future.
• Working with systems partners as appropriate to implement system wide programmes of change in line with system priorities.
