Clinical Services Manager | Specialist Neuro-rehab service | £57k p/a + benefits
If you are a Ward Manager, Matron or experienced Senior Nurse based in Gloucester and you’re ready to step into broader leadership, this Clinical Services Manager role offers the chance to shape clinical strategy within a specialist neurological service on a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will move beyond day-to-day operational management into a visible, service-wide leadership position. With responsibility for governance, performance and clinical standards, you will directly influence patient outcomes and service development.

Salary up to £57,000 per annum.

Rated ‘Good’ by the CQC in every area, this is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Services Manager within a well-established, specialist neurological service providing 24-hour nursing and therapy support for adults with complex long-term neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong clinical leadership and direction to nursing, allied health professionals and medical staff, in line with national guidance and regulatory standards.
Lead clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement to deliver safe, effective patient care and maintain at least a Good CQC rating.
Monitor clinical performance indicators and outcome data, implementing action plans where required.
Support the Service Director with clinical strategy, service development and annual planning.
About You
Registered Nurse with valid NMC PIN.
Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity within a relevant care setting.
Working knowledge of CQC legislation and regulatory standards.
