Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, personalised support to individuals in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Assist with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Support individuals with their personal care needs while respecting privacy and human rights.
- Foster a positive and empowering environment, encouraging choice and fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and families.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Minimum of 1 year supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or challenging behaviours.
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Compassionate, honest, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet the needs of the role.
- Willingness to learn new skills and progress within the organisation.
- Satisfactory DBS check and references.
