• Minimum of 1 year supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or challenging behaviours.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle (preferred).

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet the needs of the role.
• Willingness to learn new skills and progress within the organisation.
• Satisfactory DBS check and references.
