You will collaborate with clinical and non‑clinical colleagues, offering expert advice, supporting governance, and enhancing pharmacy services.

Job responsibilities- Support medicines optimisation via medication review and prescription review
- Provide expert medicines advice to patients, carers, and staff
- Assist in safe management of medication stock
- Support introduction and evaluation of new medicines
- Contribute to clinical governance, including audits
- Support pharmacy operations including dispensing
- Assist in training colleagues
- Hospital pharmacy experience (preferred)
- Registered Pharmacist with GPhC
- Clinical diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and in a team
