Salary: £39,500 – £42,000 + Bonus Scheme

The RoleDisability Assessor (Hybrid). As a Disability Assessor, you will apply your clinical knowledge in a non-hands‑on role, focusing on assessment and evidence‑based decision‑making.
Responsibilities- Assess how health conditions impact daily living and functional ability
- Conduct structured consultations via telephone or face-to-face
- Review medical evidence and documentation
- Produce clear, objective reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
There is no treatment, no personal care, and no shift work.
Predictable Working Hours- Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
- No weekends, nights, or bank holidays
- Starting salary £39,500 - £42,000
- £1,000 salary increase at 6 months
- £1,000 salary increase at 12 months
- Up to 10% performance‑related bonus
- 5% bonus upon successful completion of training

- NMC Registered Nurses (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disability), Band 5 or above
- OR HCPC Registered Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, or Paramedics
- Minimum of one year post‑registration experience
- Confident communicators with strong assessment and report‑writing skills
