Job Summary
Immediate Healthcare Assistant shifts available across Norwich and surrounding areas. Pay ranges £15.00 – £22.00 per hour, with enhanced rates for nights, weekends, and bank holidays. Weekly and monthly pay options. The role is suitable for those who can manage their own schedules and want flexibility.
Responsibilities- Assisting with personal care and daily living
- Supporting mobility and wellbeing
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Working alongside nurses and healthcare teams
- Helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
- Minimum of 6 months’ paid UK care experience within care homes, nursing homes, or hospitals
- Passion for delivering high‑quality care
- Right to work in the UK
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
- Free online and practical training and DBS support
- Uniforms, s, and timesheet support provided
- Flexible shifts with no fixed rota or minimum commitments
