Suppleo Healthcare is currently working with a national care provider and is looking for a deputy clinical nurse manager (NMC PIN active) to help run a nursing home that offers support to adults with disabilities.
Do you have senior nurse or clinical lead experience, and are you looking for your next step into leadership and management as a deputy? We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, guiding newly qualified nurses and care staff.
The role- Work Monday to Friday as a supernumerary, covering the floor as needed and stepping in for management from time to time.
- Manage care plans, conduct clinical auditing, and oversee assessments.
- Recruit staff and support team development.
