As a Physiotherapist you will be:
Supporting and assisting qualified staff in the assessment, planning and implementation of patient rehabilitation care.

Main duties of the job

As a Specialist Physiotherapist at Elysium Healthcare, you play a pivotal role in assisting vulnerable individuals at The Dean Neurological Centre in Gloucester. In this temporary position, you are responsible for creating and updating personalised rehabilitation plans and providing training to therapy and care assistants. Your expertise will help identify specialist equipment needs and advise on their use, ensuring optimal mobility for service users.

You'll join a supportive regional network and have access to further training opportunities, enhancing your professional growth. Responsibilities include assisting in patient rehabilitation care, leading physiotherapy services in coordination with the Head of Therapies, and maintaining high clinical care standards. You will also conduct physiotherapy assessments and treatments for complex neurological conditions and develop evidence-based care plans. Additionally, your role involves clinical risk assessment and management, and sourcing specialist equipment for residents.

The role demands a strong dedication to teamwork, effective communication, and efficient service prioritization.
