Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Part-time Peer Support Worker (Band
3) to join a small multi-disciplinary CHPSS team in Gloucester. The role is 22.5 hours per week on a fixed-term contract (up to 6 months with potential extension) and offers a pro rata salary of £25,760–£27,476 per annum.
The post holder will work with people experiencing rough sleeping with complex needs, support recovery, and promote independence across community and partner settings.
