As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals across three bungalows, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort throughout. You will support people with a wide range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and behaviours that challenge.
Your responsibilities will include delivering person-centred support, assisting with personal care, administering or prompting medication where required, undertaking manual handling tasks using appropriate equipment.
You will also carry out regular welfare checks, maintain accurate records, complete household tasks, and ensure each bungalow remains clean, safe, and welcoming.
What We’re Looking For:We re looking for a caring, patient, and reliable individual who is passionate about supporting others. You ll be calm under pressure, able to follow care plans consistently, and committed to providing safe, person-centered support.
