We're recruiting full-time and part-time Reablement Support Workers our clients at home following a stay in hospital. We have work available in Gloucester and surrounding Areas.

Pay rates from £13.50 to £15.00 per hour

We offer a flexible approach to shifts, including:
- Mornings 8:00am - 2:00pm
- Evenings 4:00pm - 10:00pm
- 4 days on, 4 days off (with a focus on work-life balance)
- Full-time and part-time roles available.
- Personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)
- Meal preparation and medication
- Encouraging independence through an outcome-focused approach following their reablement pathway
- Maintaining a safe environment
- Working alongside families, Social Workers, OT's and Physiotherapy teams including other professionals to provide a therapeutic service
- Reporting changes and maintaining care records and peoples progress on their reablement pathway

Full UK driving licence + access to a vehicle (essential)
