Salary: £40,000–£42,000 (rising by £1,000 at 6/12 months - Performance based)

• Full Training Provided: 12 weeks of paid, structured training – covering assessment skills, DWP guidelines, and report writing.
• Hybrid working
• 5 % approval bonus

• Assessing claimants health & daily living via phone and face-to-face appointments doing personal independent payment assessments or work capability assessments by using your critical thinking and clinical reason skills.
• Reviewing medical evidence & compiling detailed reports for the DWP
• Using your clinical expertise in a role that values quality, not speed

• Registered Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic or Pharmacist
• Minimum 1-year post-registration experience in an adult setting
• NMC/HCPC/GPHC registered
• Confident communicator & report writer – IT literate
