A permanent position for a Service Delivery Manager based in Gloucester offering an excellent benefits package, An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of managed services within an NHS Trust. Working closely with operational teams, site coordinators, suppliers, and NHS stakeholders, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of services, maintaining high service standards and supporting effective supply chain management.

You will act as the key point of contact for Trust staff, ensuring consumables, equipment and associated services are delivered efficiently, helping to minimise disruption to clinical services and supporting excellent patient care.,

  • Manage day-to-day service delivery within the NHS Trust.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Trust staff regarding contract performance and operational activity.
  • Oversee on-site coordinators and support their development and performance.
  • Monitor stock levels, consumables ordering, and supply chain activities to ensure continuity of service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with NHS stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Ensure purchasing processes and procedures are completed accurately and in line with Trust requirements.
  • Provide training and support to Trust staff on relevant systems and processes.
  • Analyse and report operational data to support service improvements and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate customer meetings, supplier reviews and procurement discussions.
  • Support clinical trials, product evaluations and other operational projects as required.
    Previous experience in a service delivery, operations, account management or healthcare support environment.
  • Ideally experience within the NHS or medical devices.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing operational challenges.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
