You'll also have access to a range of learning and career development opportunities to support your long‑term career aspirations.

  • Observe, monitor and respond to changes in patients' behaviours, needs and wellbeing.
  • Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs of patients, including those with neurological conditions, communication difficulties and complex care needs.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Accurately maintain and update patient records and care documentation.
  • Provide emotional support, encouragement and reassurance to patients throughout their recovery journey.
  • Help create a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment that promotes recovery and positive outcomes.
