The Department of Dietetics is a supportive, forward-thinking service committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred nutritional care across specialist clinical areas. We are looking for a motivated Dietitian to join our Renal Nutrition and Dietetic Service. Whether you are an experienced practitioner seeking to specialise in renal nutrition or keen to develop expertise in a new area, this role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

The Renal Nutrition and Dietetic Service works closely with consultants, specialist nurses, pharmacists, a renal psychologist and dialysis teams to support patients with complex kidney disease across inpatient, outpatient and dialysis settings. You will provide specialist dietetic care on renal wards, in outpatient clinics and across haemodialysis, home haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services. The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in electrolyte management, phosphate control and renal nutrition support.

You will join a friendly team committed to delivering outstanding care. We support professional development through service improvement projects, research opportunities, including involvement in the PHOSPHATE trial, and training opportunities such as supplementary prescribing. Opportunities for broader clinical experience may also be available in line with service needs and development goals.
