Support Worker
Location: Kingsway, Gloucester
Shift Pattern: Waking Nights
Hours: 10pm – 7am.
Pay Rate: £13.16 per hour

Join our dedicated team at our 21 individual flats supported living service, where no two days are the same. We support a diverse group of individuals, each with unique needs including mental health conditions, disabilities, autism, and complex support requirements. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping people live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes.
We’re looking for passionate and energetic support staff who are committed to making a meaningful difference and bringing positivity to every interaction.
We're looking for a caring, patient, and reliable individual who is passionate about supporting others. You'll be calm under pressure, able to follow care plans consistently, and committed to providing safe, person-centered support.
