We deliver community nursing services to patients requiring unplanned care in the evenings and overnight. We are co located with the Integrated Urgent Care Service - out of hours GP and the Rapid Response team. This role will support patients requiring community nursing services in the out of hours period from 7pm until 8am.

We pride ourselves on fostering a positive and inclusive culture, our team is dedicated to supporting one another, offering guidance and mentorship to support new starters in role. We offer a supportive induction and are committed to professional development.

The post holder would be expected to work night shifts ( 10pm until 8am ) with some twilight shifts (7pm until 1am) The service operates over a seven day period and the post holder will be expected to work some weekends and bank holidays.
