We're recruiting caring and reliable Support Workers across Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Yate, Thornbury and surrounding areas. With ongoing demand from local authorities and established private care providers, we have a variety of placements supporting children, young people, families and adults.

As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred care and support to people with a range of needs. Depending on your experience and the placement, you could work with children, young people, families or adults.
Your work may involve helping someone feel safe and supported, develop their independence, take part in activities and access their local community. We'll discuss your experience and preferences with you when considering suitable opportunities.
What we're looking for- At least one year's UK experience in health and social care
- Experience supporting children, young people or adults
- A compassionate, patient and reliable approach
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- An understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts[?]
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred, particularly for community-based work
