What You’ll Be Doing

This is a full 360° recruitment role where you’ll be trusted to run your own desk and build something brilliant:

* Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships

* Source standout candidates using smart tools and social media

* Create attractive job adverts and run end-to-end hiring campaigns

* Match talent with the right opportunities – not just the nearest ones

* Keep clients updated and pipelines fresh

* Conduct reference checks and ensure full compliance

* Stay ahead of recruitment trends and share what works

What You’ll Bring

* Proven recruitment or sales experience

* Lead generation and relationship-building skills

* A natural communicator with strong attention to detail

* A full UK driving licence
