• Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships
• Source standout candidates using smart tools and social media
• Create attractive job adverts and run end-to-end hiring campaigns

• Conduct reference checks and ensure full compliance
• Stay ahead of recruitment trends and share what works

• Proven recruitment or sales experience
• Lead generation and relationship-building skills
• A natural communicator with strong attention to detail
• Self-driven, organised, and team-focused
• A full UK driving licence
