Recruitment Consultant – FM & Maintenance – Up to 30% Comms of total billings! Growing Independent is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join an established team providing maintenance engineers to the fast-moving Facilities & Maintenance sectors.

Typical roles include Maintenance Engineers, HVAC Engineers, Data Centre Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Facilities Maintenance Engineers, etc.

The role would suit a Recruitment Consultant who enjoys a fast-paced sector with excellent candidate attraction, account management, and customer service skills.

Salary: £22,000 to £32,000 (DOE) + Commission structure that pays up to 30% Comms + Loyalty bonus & performance bonus schemes + Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly incentives for trips abroad, luxury items, trips overseas, etc.
