Henlee Resourcing is looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join a boutique HR consultancy in Gloucester. This hybrid role (2-3 days/week in office/client sites) involves strategic and operational HR support across various sectors.
Responsibilities include building client relationships, managing employee relations matters, leading HR projects, and delivering management training. Ideal candidates will have experience in consultancy, strong UK employment law knowledge, and CIPD Level 5 qualification.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary of £45,000 along with benefits and development opportunities.
