We are looking for passionate individuals to join our People Services team as an HR Operations & Payroll Advisor at our Gloucester site.

YourRole
As an HR Operations & Payroll Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant, and high-quality HR and payroll services across the employee lifecycle. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll support complex queries, manage payroll processes, and ensure a consistent and efficient service for employees and managers.
You will- Own payroll processes, ensuring accurate, validated inputs and resolving discrepancies with providers
- Act as an escalation point for payroll and HR queries
- Manage routine Employee Relations casework in line with policy
- Support HR operations and lifecycle activities, including complex or non-routine cases
- Use HR data, feedback, and trends to improve service delivery and employee experience
- Ensure compliance with policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, using data and technology to enhance processes
- End-to-end payroll processing experience with strong attention to detail
- Experience in HR Operations, including Employee Relations case management
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with HR systems, data analysis, or process improvement
