Position: HR Administrator (Tupe Administrator )
Temporary HR Administrator (TUPE Specialist)

📍 Temporary Contract | 6th July - 30th October
💷 £13.50 per hour

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator with a strong understanding of TUPE transfers to join our team on a temporary basis from 6th July until 30th October.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting HR with TUPE transfer administration.
Preparing and maintaining employee documentation and records.
Ensuring accurate processing of employee information.
Liaising with managers and employees throughout the transfer process.
Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities.
Providing general HR administrative support while maintaining confidentiality.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous HR administration experience is essential.
Proven knowledge and experience of TUPE transfers.
Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage, analyse and maintain HR data accurately.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including diary management, email organisation and meeting coordination.
Experience using HR systems is desirable.
