Recruitment Consultant or Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Gloucester
We are seeking an ambitious experienced recruitment consultant or experienced sales professional to join a small team as a 360 international recruitment consultant based in Gloucester, placing qualified professionals in niche markets within the global financial services industry.
Responsibilities- Use search and headhunting techniques to identify top talent for a blue‑chip client base across the UK and Europe.
- Build your own platform and leverage the existing network and the workflow of our international offices.
- Experienced recruitment consultant or B2B sales professional looking for a trainee recruitment consultant role in Gloucester.
- Understands sales processes, is polished, articulate, intelligent, self‑sufficient and able to work independently within a small team.
Base salary of approximately £32,000 with a generous total compensation package that rewards success and effort.
