Salary: £25,000 per annum + Profit Share Bonus + On-Call Payments.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will support and grow the branch by managing the full recruitment process while developing new and existing business opportunities across the region. You will be responsible for attracting and recruiting healthcare professionals, building client relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery to both clients and candidates. This is a highly rewarding role for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working towards targets and growth objectives.

• Managing the full recruitment cycle from attraction through to placement
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of healthcare professionals
• Matching candidates to suitable client requirements
• Supporting candidate compliance and onboarding processes

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Identifying opportunities to grow branch revenue and market presence
• Conducting sales calls, client visits, and networking activities
• Supporting branch growth through proactive business development
