Babcock is seeking a Human Resources Advisor to support managers and staff across the business, providing expert advice on people matters and employee relations. This fixed-term 12-month contract role is full-time (37 hours) with hybrid working patterns and based at Staverton, near Gloucester.
You will work with HR Business Partners to deliver strategic people projects, interpret policies, and build strong cross-site relationships to create a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
