Our Gloucester team is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is confident, capable and ready to bring energy, ownership and ideas to the team.

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, making it ideal for someone looking to continue their recruitment career while maintaining a better work-life balance.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a 360° recruitment role where you’ll have the opportunity to manage and develop your own desk:

* Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships

* Source standout candidates using recruitment platforms and social media

* Create attractive job adverts and manage recruitment campaigns

* Match candidates with suitable opportunities

* Keep clients updated and maintain active candidate pipelines

* Conduct reference checks and ensure full compliance

* Stay up to date with recruitment trends and share best practice

What You’ll Bring

* Proven recruitment or sales experience

* Lead generation and relationship-building skills

* Strong communication skills and attention to detail

* Self-motivated, organised and team-focused

* Full UK driving licence
