This is a part-time position with flexible working hours , making it ideal for someone looking to continue their recruitment career while maintaining a better work-life balance.

What Youll Be Doing This is a 360 recruitment role where youll have the opportunity to manage and develop your own desk:
Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships Source standout candidates using recruitment platforms and social media Create attractive job adverts and manage recruitment campaigns Match candidates with suitable opportunities Keep clients updated and maintain active candidate pipelines Conduct reference checks and ensure full compliance Stay up to date with recruitment trends and share best practice What Youll Bring Proven recruitment or sales experience Lead generation and relationship-building skills Strong communication skills and attention to detail Self-motivated, organised and team-focused Full UK driving licence Why Choose Swift?
