We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support key HR activities across the employee lifecycle. You'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR systems and processes, and delivering an excellent employee experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR documentation in line with company policies and employment legislation.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries, delivering a professional and customer-focused service to employees and managers.
  • Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
  • Produce HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business and HR decision-making.
  • Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and communication initiatives across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline administration, and enhance the employee experience through digital solutions.
  • Support HR projects, system updates, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, HR policies, and audit requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders while contributing to a collaborative, efficient, and high-performing HR team.
What You'll Bring:

Essential
  • Strong working knowledge of HRMS and digital business systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Organised with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including reporting and data analysis.
  • Ability to drive process improvements and adopt digital tools.
  • High level of discretion with sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proactive, committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • CIPD or Business Administration Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
Desirable
  • Experience in an HR department, shared services, or supporting HR systems projects.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, HR compliance, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
  • Experience with Lean or continuous/process improvement methods.
