• Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships
• Source standout candidates using recruitment platforms and social media
• Create attractive job adverts and manage recruitment campaigns
• Match candidates with suitable opportunities
• Keep clients updated and maintain active candidate pipelines
• Conduct reference checks and ensure full compliance
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends and share best practices

• Proven recruitment or sales experience
• Lead generation and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organized, and team-focused
• Full UK driving licence

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 FTE + Commission + Bonus (pro rata, depending on agreed part-time hours)
