HR Advisor Gloucester | £32,000 - £36,000  Benefits | 4 Days On-Site We're recruiting for an HR Advisor to join a busy and growing organisation in Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to develop their career within a broad generalist role, with exposure to both employee relations and business change projects. You'll provide day-to-day HR support to managers, advising on a range of people matters while managing employee relations cases including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.

You'll also have the opportunity to support senior HR colleagues with change-related activity, including consultations, restructures and TUPE projects. About You Experience in a generalist HR role (HR Assistant, HR Officer, Senior HR Assistant or similar). Exposure to employee relations casework, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances. Hardworking, proactive and eager to learn. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, distribution or transport would be beneficial, although we welcome applicants from all sectors. What's on Offer? £32,000 - £36,000 salary Competitive benefits package Exposure to change and transformation projects
