Recruitment Coordinator

We’re looking for aRecruitment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about delivering outstanding service, and wants to grow their career in a world-class institution.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you’ll be the engine behind a smooth and efficient hiring process. You’ll support hiring managers and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing recruitment processes through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Reviewing and refining job adverts to attract top talent
• Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates and hiring managers
• Conducting pre-employment checks and issuing contracts
• Responding to queries with professionalism and care
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR
• Representing Imperial’s employer brand with pride
• Supporting senior academic recruitment and promotions processes

To be successful you need:

• Experience in a recruitment or HR support role
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (Talent Link experience is a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Confidence in learning new systems and processes quickly
  
  Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in higher education is a bonus—but not essential

This is a full-time, fixed-term role until 31 July 2027

If appointed we work on a Hybrid basis with Monday and Wednesday being our primary anchor days.
