Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator: The purpose of the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Administrator is to support the Talent Acquisition Advisors and the business to create Talent Pipelines for our current and future vacancies using the latest technology.

• Own sourcing process for difficult to fill roles using the latest technology to attract and screen external top talent.
• Co-ownthe external career site, updating as required, using Design Studio and Adobe Waterfront.
• Support the talent acquisition team with administration, screening and interviewing.
• Workwith external third-party recruitment suppliers to ensure maximum returnon investment.
• Produce meaningful MI for Talent Acquisition team to monitor and inform on current trends in the recruitment process and insight into live roles.

• Minimum3 years’ experience using Linked in Recruiter combined with excellent working knowledge of hiring assistant.
• Experienced at updating/maintaining CRM systems – Phenom and Cornerstone (or similar).
• Expertise at sourcing from a range of CV databases to include Reed, Indeed & CVLibrary.
• Experience of campaign management and content management systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
