As a Dev Ops / SRE Engineer, within our National Security Business, you thrive on providing technical leadership; working closely and embedding with customers to maintain the operational integrity of mission critical services in a National Security environment.

You’re a Dev Ops / SRE Engineer that provides technical leadership and is comfortable with high level responsibility. You won’t be leading a team that delivers simple add-ons to multiple vendors; you’ll be working directly with customers to provide ensure successful delivery of software rollouts that enable the nations safety.

As our next Dev Ops / SRE Engineer, you’ll operate with customer availability as a priority; catching issues early and ensuring continued operational integrity of services that are strategically important to the nation. Whilst developing and deploying code, you’ll ensure best Dev Ops / SRE practices are followed.

• Willing to embed with customers in secure environments on a regular basis
• Experience of Web Services, Service Improvement, fault finding & problem solving.
• Experience operating in a SRE / Dev Ops environment, utilising pipeline tools such as Jenkins or Gitlab for CI/CD
• Experience deploying rollouts with containerisation technologies such as Kubernetes, Helm or Docker
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code technologies (IaC) such as Ansible or Terraform

The site allows easy access to our local customer base. Set on the outskirts of the Cotswolds, you are never far from a picturesque view or lunch time walk.

Due to the nature of this role, we require you to be eligible to achieve DV clearance.
