Business System Analyst

We are searching for a Business Systems Analyst to join our client’s change team and play a key role in shaping how their systems and products evolve. This role will focus on translating business requirements into practical, effective system solutions that support both internal teams and external users.

All core systems are developed in-house, with policy administration built primarily on  alongside some C#, all operating within a single integrated platform. You will work closely with a collaborative team of Business Analysts and Developers, acting as the vital link between the business and IT to deliver meaningful system change.

This is a highly visible role, working across the organisation to enhance existing systems and processes, including the policy administration system and associated third-party platforms, with a strong focus on improving member and adviser experience.

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, translating business needs into clear and practical system requirements
• Work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to shape and deliver system changes and enhancements
• Analyse and document current systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Support the review and enhancement of the in-house policy administration system
• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand operational challenges and future needs
• Contribute to system and product development across both internal platforms and third-party integrations
• Ensure system solutions align with business objectives and deliver tangible value
• Support change initiatives through clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
