TECEZE is seeking an IT Support Specialist (Backfill Support or Freelancer) to provide on-site IT assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable or during dispatch activity. You will handle desktop/laptop issues, hardware maintenance, printer support and AV setup for meetings.
Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, experience with Office 365, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to SLAs.
