Senior Power Platform Analyst with proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale solutions across complex, regulated environments (20,000+ users). Strong background in driving platform adoption, governance, and strategy, alongside hands‑on delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform stack. Experienced in mentoring teams, enabling citizen development, and delivering business value through low‑code solutions.

• Mentored junior consultants through technical delivery and best practice adoption
• Implemented and utilised Power Platform CoE Starter Kit to support governance and adoption

• Design, build, and support Power Platform solutions aligned to business outcomes
• Contribute to governance frameworks including environment strategy, DLP policies, and ALM
• Support the development and maturity of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE)
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Monitor, maintain, and optimise platform usage and performance
